I Have a 97 sc300.......And I want to Drop a 2jz-gte in it.."Supra Motor"....I was wondering how much Will cost me to do......and to make it 6 speed,,,,,This is with no boltons......all stock.....Just curious around....how much it will cost...

 

Flipside knows the engine codes better than I do, but if you have an SC300 ( a beautiful car, I might add...congragulations ) then, in your car, the basic engine is already in place. The twin-turbo in-line six of the 1993-1997 Supra was essentially a forced-induction version of the same block you already have in your car. Depending on how much room you have under the hood of your SC300, you may not have to drop in new engine in at all....just some mods and engine and cooling system add-ons. You'll also have to make sure that the transmission and clutch ( if a manual ) can handle the added torque.
