and it's interesting to see that the new m3 will run from late 06 all the way through 2012. isn't that pretty long run for any series from bmw? the e90 will run through 1012 as well, that's a good 7 yrs

7 years, yup just like the E36 3 series and the 95-02 7 series (E38 i think?).

X6/7 is just a stretched X-5, should be built right here in S.C
