Pontiac Solstice
After owning several GM vehicles I just lost faith in the quality of their product, not to mention this is the first production run of a new model. On paper it looks like it should be a great car, but in my opinion the real test is how enjoyable will it be 3 years down the road.

check out my pre-production test ride write-up i did back in june. it's an awesome car and handles like a beast. i, like many others, had my reservations about the front until i saw and rode in it for myself. the crowds of people everywhere i went backed up my theory that once you see the car for yourself and experience it, you'll think differently. i do, however, agree with mmarshall that the sky as a great alternative. it looks better than the solstice and should be pretty good just like it's brother. as for the reliability, in the test ride i was encouraged to tinker and play with everything and anything to find ANY kind of flaw in the car so it could be fixed in the production versions. i did make a few comments, and you guys won't see those items as a result. read up goldark, i'm proud of my write-ups.

but i have to say....both are rather good looking.
i thought the Solstice was an ugly piece of worthless dog droppings, but it has grown on me significantly, and i'm currently ALMOST smitten by it...
