so true. i love supra but i would take E46 M3 over supra any given day.

i am considering IS350 myself (or 4 Runner V8 if i decided to go with SUV) since i am not quite at M3 level yet.

 

i would take a 1993 supra TT over E46 M3 anyday.

 

Sorry but that rendering looks like ****. Like a MR2 on steroids.

I'm with those of you who would rather have a M3 or a 911.

I think I'd even go so far as to prefer a Saturn SKY ...

The 1993-1998 Supra twin turbo has 320hp, so 390hp for the new one is a nice progress.

 

well but with today's exotic car standard, i think 450 to 500 would be even better

but i can live with 400hp

 

Supra is not an exotic so ~400hp is fine, they have to keep the price down, but the LF-C & the Volta (if they decide to produce them ) needs to be in the 500 hp range.

Would be nice if they made Supra a mid-engined car. Essentially an MR-S with 390hp, it would push the itself right into the supercar territory. A mid-engine layout would also give the car that much more cachet.

I'm getting tired too of all these rumors, and pics, when is toyota going to take actions against mazda,nissan, and make a supra that's going to make alot of other companys sweat. My car is going to be payed off 2007, and by then i plan to buy another, not to replace my baby, but add to the family, and i'm hoping by then a new supra will rise up to claim the thrown, and i will own it, if not i have my eyes set on hopefully 350hp or 400hp GS460, 07 M3 or 07 Skyline.

 

I think AmethySC mentioned LF-C by mistake when he really meant LF-A. LF-A is the spots car that is meant to be an exotic and pushing over 500hp, not LF-C, which is just a pointer of an IS coupe/convertible.
