Wow, talk about customer service being placed in the stratospheric level!
As far as amenities go, the nicest one I've been to is in Norwood MA, where there's free food and drinks, big-screen TV, lots of mags, comfy seats, a clean showroom, and parts and service depts well-organized.
I do miss that type of service with my Lexus. Don't get me wrong, the service isn't needed very often, but here where I live, they stuffed the Lexus service manager into a dark corner of a Toyota dealership. Then the Lexus owners are forced to sit with common Corrolla and Echo drivers in a not so pleasant waiting area that reminds me of a truck stop. Oh, the shame.
When I had my various Mercedes, all the dealerships where first class with leather couches, esspresso, doughnuts, newspaper, ... They also would completely wash the exterior and clean the interior if I simply brought it in to listen to a sound or check out something like a burnt taillight. (My Lexus dealer left candy wrappers, a number card, and paper floor mat that was covered in grease!)
It is good to see that some dealerships are taking seriously the fact that they are selling the greatest luxury car in the world and treating their customers as such. (Hint. Maybe someone from my Lexus dealership in Quebec City will read this.)
Lexus of Tampa Bay has free donuts and sodas. as well as bagles and cookies. Just get there before noon, or theyll be hard as stones. but a starbucks would be sweet as hell!

really??? thats cool. Focus on family my ***, she quit channel 10 because she hit the jackpot. The question is, when you fill out an app of any sort with them (whether it be an app for credit or for a job it says the Autonation Group. Maybe they are not owned by them outright, but when i filled out the app for a credit check when i was going to buy an IS from them, it said AutoNation all over it. If i can find my copy of it, ill post it up.
