I am not sure with all the bad comment about dealer treat you poorly

I brought the car in for service lastweek, got the plastic cover under the car replaced for free and all the basic checkup for free also
Today, a lady at Lexus called to ask if I was happy with the service of the dealership

Does it a common pratice of the dealer/Lexus? this is at Lexus of Austin.

My dealer calls me or my wife after if one of us takes our vehicles in for service.

They also just started calling a day before to remind people of their appointment, which is great.

On the follow-up calls, it was getting a bit annoying to my wife, so they now offer e-mail follow-up as well, so I can do that in between posts on ClubLexus

 

It is quiet common for most dealerships to give you a call a week or so after you have been there to check on your satisfaction. At least the last 5 vehicles I have owned did this.
