Yea, they're not mounted, they just rolled it up in front of the wheels on the civic

Those are not spinners, they are Enkei Tazios its just a flat backround with 5 raised spokes! Just the thing you need in 20" on your Civic hatch!! I think the chain link necklace adds a touch of class
