It rained pretty hard today. I came out and looked at the car and had to look at it again. Damn it looks as if I just washed the car. Lol. Thanks to Kabita spray wax and Steve for recommending.

Thankfully the ceramic was hard enough I could just clay bar the fridge paint off.
Was a certified "oh god damn it" moment that's for sure, normally I park so that the door can just swing open. I forgot I had washed all 3 cars at the same time and moved the 4.0 over to walk around the truck better.
Im just glad I didn't dent the **** out of the alum fender. It's near impossible to pull dents out of them

I use that internally but was unsure if that works for external and to bring the deep black back. If it does then great since I already have it lol!
It works great on the external seals around the sunroof in our RX. I use it on all the seals. I found Gummi Pflege to be messy to apply since it is so thin and runny, but less messy afterward since it absorbs faster. Gummi didn't last as long for me either as Shin Etsu.
For me, the only advantage of Gummi was that is cleaned the seals too. Might look a little cleaner initially after application too. But it definitely didn't last as long as Shin. Shin brought my rattling RX sunroof seal back from the dead. Did it a year ago, and it's still good.
If you want to blow your mind, try a product like Gyeon Wet Coat. Literally you just wash the car, spray it on when its still wet, and then hit it with the pressure washer and it flashes off and boom...sealed.
The X Factor in what you are doing is temporarily hiding swirls and marring on black, the glaze is doing that. Thats the only thing thats hard to do with a spray application. Just for grins last year I tried using Gyeon Wax which is an actual paste wax. The result was very nice but nowhere near worth the effort vs a spray product.
Might try this on the RX since I don't really care to put a lot of time into it.
As for the Katiba, it POURED down rain the whole way down to WV yesterday, and this is the Pacifica this morning. It’s not clean but doesn’t look nearly as dirty as it would without the Katiba on the paint
We’re going to be all over the place today so it’s going to be totally filthy.
I'm trying out both the gummi and 303 options, one on each car to see what works better. Winner will get used across all 6
Also touched up my piano black on one of the D4s today, got it near perfect again. Had a friend drop his phone on it and it caused a minor scratch so I ended up just redoing all of it....
With the microinfluencers absolutely saturating the market with wild claims, marketing pushes, and cool graphics/presentations Im going back to the essentials and those who do inhouse chemistry and blending rather then rebottlers.
1) Prewash using Purple power car/boat wash for the high pH power
2) Foam/Contact wash Neutral Meguiars gold
3) Chemical Decontamination and Wheel Cleaner: Turtle Wax Iron Decon
4) Sealant: 303 Spray and Rinse Ceramic or Touchless Silicone (predecessor to Ceramic). If something stronger I go 303 graphene coating followed by the graphene topper from them.
5) Interior: Meguiars Wipes or PS Express interior
