Umm they were never a car company that’s why their valuation is what it is lol

Still makes no sense to cancel a product that is pure profit at this point.

They’re pretty successful so I have to trust their decision making process.

As of now, probably yes....they generally are still servicing newer Buicks so far. A couple of years from now.....that's anybody's guess, but I wouldn't bet on it.

The closest Buick dealership is in Manassas, out I-66....about 25 miles or so from my place. My current Chevy-GMC dealer (formerly Buick also) is only a couple of miles from my place, but it is through more-congested stop/go traffic in the Tysons/Vienna area.

I've heard several different excuses from the staff at my current dealership as to why they dropped the Buick franchise, despite the fact that they were still selling a lot of them. One was that they just weren't making enough profit on them, despite sales. Another was that they wanted to concentrate on just two brands instead of three. Another was that it was just the new Owner's decision, and, like in the military, nobody in the pecking-order wanted to buck the Chain of Command. But, personally, I'd bet it was Buick's decision to go all-electric by 2030, and the dealership just didn't want to invest in the (added) BEV charge/service facilities, even though they already have some of those for the all-electric Chevy Bolts and Hummers there that they sell....so they took the GM Buick-deaslership-buyout instead. Thanks a lot, Mary Barra ...although there may be some signs that Buick is now postoning or cancelling that all-electric decision somewhat.

This is what I would want. Not here in the USA. Lexus LBX Morizo RR.
If Lexus would bring the LBX to the U.S., I'd take a serious look at it (after all, I'm a member on a Lexus forum), especially if it were given what I thought was a reasonable price. I like at least some things about the small UX, but IMHO it is overpriced...there are several other B-class crossovers that give you almost as much the UX for a lot less money, particularly from GM and Kia/Hyundai.
