No, you need to go around 170-180 for them to call in way behind where you actually are. They also can't intercept at those speeds since you outpace all their units and most helos

No matter how nice the area that's the issue with parking on the streets, it's always the same exposure for the car no matter where you are. Only semi-reliable way to protect stuff is a locked garage and hope you don't get targeted or have someone around to watch your stuff
