This is the hose This is the hose
you want. 50' long, super flexible, zero memory.

Thanks!

This is the first time I have ever used a real foam cannon. I do agree it makes the washing process easier. I didn’t even use a bucket. Went around with my wheel brushes and did the wheels and wheel wells, formed the car down and let it dwell for 5 minutes or so, foamed again, washed with the mitt and rinsed.

Decided to do the Wet Coat, which is a spray on pressure wash off sealant if you’ve never used it. Took about an hour.

They are. Lol did I suggest you hire someone? It just makes life easier.

Some people enjoy mowing their yards, making it look nice. I get it.

But no, I'm well past that stage. Our guy only charges $30 per cut for a 10,000 sq foot lot. And he has been doing this street for like 15 years so he had the scoop on the crazy drama/divorce that went on here. The guy chopped down his own deck, so we got a new one (new then).

You absolutely did tell me lol

My townhouse we lived in before we bought this house the couple had a very insane relationship. They would have huge knock down drag out fights. One of the things we made him fix (she was already gone) was to replace the jets in the jetted tub. They were like all just missing with big holes where they should be. Apparently his wife loved baths and during one of their fights he busted all the jets out of the tub lol

LOL I remember that story vaguely. The universe aligned for us to score on this house. For a year and change it sat for sale, it had plenty of offers but they hated each other so much they wouldn't even agree on the prices of the offers just to be petty with each other. I guess they got sick of living in apartments (I assume) and finally wanted this house gone because they accepted our low ball offer quickly. When we closed they came, and you could cut a knife through the hate they had for each other. It was palpable.

Haha, like war of the roses.

My house had 21 offers on it. It was listed by one of my agents and I had to compete just like everybody else lol.

$30 per visit on a 10k sq foot property is insanely cheap.

Sounds like his wife had a knack for being in hot water.

Man you guys are killing me here lol. All this pressure washer/foam cannon stuff might break me down. That little Ryobi mentioned above looks perfect for me.

The IS 500 is by far the hardest car I've ever had to keep the outside clean. So many weird areas where dirt gathers. Even when you think you got all the water wiped down...nope.
