Lol about the same as he gets in his Seqouia. My LS430 is slightly faster and feels...slightly faster.

The truck is geared well, there is a lot of second gear left after the first downshift. I think that's what MT when they say blah blah "even though it's the slowest it feels good on the street"....

BTW I've gone through a tank and a half of gas with premium like I said I would and feel absolutely zero difference, nada, zip none. I'm not missing 40lb-ft of torque lmaoooo.

7.7 Seconds 0-60 for the LC is pretty slow. I'd have to feel what it feels like under normal conditions,. Its definitely slower than top spec Broncos or a Wrangler. Considerably slower.

My F-150 is in the low 6 second range lol, probably slightly faster with the tune I'm running.

They probably determined that anything faster than 8 seconds might terrify their normal customers

I'm not sure they expected it to be this slow?

Top spec Bronco is slower than the GX550. But lower spec Bronco is about the same as the Land Crusier

Officially your LX570 is not fast either. 7.4 seconds is what Lexus says.

GX550 is slow as well. For its power figures at least.

Despite have 35 less HP. The GX is 1.3 seconds faster to 60 than your LX.

No it isn't, but GX should be significantly faster with nearly 500lb/ft of torque.

I'm telling you, the old 5.7 was a monster.

Factory testing is not really accurate, not like a C&D full road test. They got 6.5. 6.5 feels just about right from seat of the pants.

I think the Lexus numbers are accurate.

They're not. I've had this truck over 3 and a half years, I know how it drives lol. It is much quicker than 7.4 seconds to 60.

I trust car and drivers numbers. I think Lex is underrates their cars. C&D is usually my go to source for performance numbers.

So the GX550 must be faster than the factory ratings too. Lexus says 6.5 for the GX so must be 5.5 is the LX is exceeding by a full second
