Wait, did we live in a parallel LA in a different universe??
Yes, it was 9-10 years ago now lol. We've been back just about a decade.

Junk, but these were fast. An automatic one of those (not sure exact what year but that body) did 0-60 in 6.1 seconds which is crazy for an 80s car especially with an 80s slush box transmission..

Quicker than the manual, because the auto got the 350 while the manual was stuck with the 305.
if you're talking about a gas/electric hybrid then of course, but the word hybrid has existed for longer than that lol... just some humor humour for ya

The only Lexus I truly desire these days is the LC. Which is built like a tank.
I checked out the Lexus LX600 while I was there. I still love the Toyota body on frame SUVs. Too bad no V8...but it still has a rock solid frame, FT4WD, and a unique interior you can't get in any Lexus. The GX is pretty awesome too. something interesting I like about the LX is that it is still so basic in many ways, the gas door is still cable operated, no fancy door pulls like the electric RZ or NX and RX ...

If I ever bought a Lexus, it would only be an IS350, RCF, LCF, or LC500. If I ever decided I needed something like an RX350, I wouldn't get anything past a 2022, which was the last year for the 3.5L V6
