Climate control system error code B1447 & B1449

Climate control system error code B1447 & B1449
193,000 miles on 2011 LX570. When its really hot out (>90deg F) the climate control is not working properly and gives the message "climate control system error". I ran the diagnostics and so did my local shop and we both got the codes B1447 Rear Air Mix Damper Control Servo Motor Circuit and B1449Rear Air Outlet Damper Control Servo Motor Circuit. The climat control system works appropriately at warm yet milder temps below 80deg F. When it malfunctions it blows air but the air is warm and humid, comes out of all vents and seems to have no relation to the rear of the vehicle which makes getting these codes rather puzzling. I have checked the freon and the system is fully charged. My local mechanic said they can't figure it out and suggested I take it to an auto air conditioning specialist but there isn't one nearby. I'm hesitant to take it to the dealer due to likely high cost. Looking for any suggestions here. Thanks in advance.
