this V6 coupe in manual is peak accord for me

especially with like a 1" drop, 19" wheels, and some mild spacers this is a great looking car... and i mean that on an absolute scale not even in a "for an accord" kind of way

I reallllly don't like how all the MB emblems on the new cars are convex. At all. Looks cheap. Noticed it today on virtually every one there.

This is how you do a Mercedes emblem:

Oh yes I agree! That accord coupe looks great! Actually I disagree about the 19” wheels and 1 inch drop. I’m not one to modify my cars.

Yeah but they have to do that because they have radar sensors behind them.

19" wheels were actually a factory option so that doesn't even need to be a mod, but the slight drop and wider stance i just think work really well on a car like this

such as:

idk what this does to the ride and otherwise general practicality lol but for pictures at least it's definitely a cooler look

I take a guess that it destroys ride quality. There’s no way I can drive a car like that in my city.

my favorite example of a mercedes emblem done "correctly" has to be on the SLR

the logo is the intake! feast your eyes on a 626 hp supercharged M113 with dry sump oiling and a side exit exhaust 🤤

As was said earlier they do that because there is a radar sensor behind it. Lexus does it the same way

Ahhh. I thought that was part of their move to integrate their EV touches into other models.

No it's for the front radar, otherwise you have false "foglights" like my cars do. Advantage there is that I have two of them on the corners so I get near zero false positives vs one in the center.....it does look odd though. Almost like I have black bulbs/fillers where most cars have foglights

Carmakers have been doing this for over two decades now.

I remember seeing an emblem like that on the LS 430.

Yes, I like Audis implementation of it. With the false black fog lightbulbs. It does seem like they would be more accurate, and they look better.
