because it's going to take time.

and where you are isn't everywhere. other parts of the world tax v6s and v8s out the wazoo making them VERY limited in sales.

if these v8's for the smaller benzes return in 2026, expect them to be VERY expensive and exclusive.

i'm now thinking my lc500 was a bargain lol

It shouldn’t take time as the Sclass and EQS are priced the same and I’m pretty sure 99% of Sclass buyers have a garage that can charge EQS. They are choosing the Sclass and V8 one continues to have extremely strong sales even with the cheaper S500 available.

If given a choice, buyers still prefer ICE.

The tax rules in other countries are forcing ppl to choose smaller engines or EVs against their wishes.

The LC and Corvette are both huge bargains - can’t go wrong with either one.

I thing the Coyote V8 in the Mustang is another gem and has proven to be extremely reliable over the years.

I must be missing something,

EQS SUV is only slightly behind the S Class, collectively the EQS/EQE are outselling the S Class. Now the C Class and GL models are doing really well.

I'll tell you the problem with EQS/EQE... they are frigging ugly and expensive, not a good combination LoL. That's their main problem. And of course, there is the big "T" in the room that doesn't help

One insider says one thing, another insider says another. All I know is the i4 is not well received at all, so just gotta wait and see.

But I personally am betting on an alternate powertrain being introduced for the facelift.
