i always took a different view on taxes. while i will take legal deductions, write offs, etc., if i'm paying a load of taxes it means i'm doing ok.
also if you trade within an ira you don't pay the taxes until you withdraw.
Yep, I live in the best place, for me anyways. It's expensive because there is a lotta money here.
And yes, paying a ton of income taxes is a great problem to have. I hate paying, but wish I paid even more!

Bro, there is something called tax deductions, or what I refer to them as, "write off's" Don't have any? Make some, or find another accountant
Or that's what they claim My wife has done that several times, she just didn't have anything to blame it on....
Oh yeah, I washed my car the other day and underneath the front bumper it was all scratched up and of course my wife didn’t fess up. Luckily it has PPF on the underside so no paint damage. I asked my wife if she went too far over a curb and parking block and just got a clueless look from her.
deductions aren't what they used to be, particularly in an area where SALT deductions would otherwise be high and/or where mortgage interest is likely at the higher end. Remember Jeff lives in the San Jose metropolitan area, the first metropolitan area in the USA where the median home value exceeds 2 million.
