Most of what I see driving around are white Teslas.
I doubt it. I don't think colors matter when you sell. I remember I had a Pearl Diamond. When I sold it, they just put down White! Speaking of white... I was behind a new M3. It gives me the feel of one of those super sports car... Anyone sees it that way? Like one of those Aston Martin kind of?

well so far today it's been both. But mostly red... I've long given up thinking about will happen post earnings. We've seen good numbers killed by poor performances on the earnings call, poor numbers increase the stock, good numbers decrease or not move the stock, and everything in between.

Yeah you're not wrong. Sometimes it's not much different from placing a blackjack bet. I tend to pay attention around earnings to find a good entry point for buy or short. Looks like it's going to be red.

You are talking about the Model 3, correct? Just recently test drove the Model 3 Performance, pretty amazing IMO

Tesla missed projections in all metrics except gross margin. Stock is taking a beating.

Well luckily we've still got the earnings call to come, and they ALWAYS go GREAT! Stock will be back in the green in no time!

Not entirely surprising given the drop in CA registrations. It'll be interesting to see where it lands at the end of the week

I sold some at $252 to get more into the semiconductor space. We'll see how that plays out

I would say buy Nvidia. A certain politician in Cali just bought 10k shares of Nvidia. You know they have insider info

Uhm... I was talking about BMW M3. Lol. Yes, Tesla Model 3. We are in EV chat, aren't we? What is amazing about it except being fast?

I've got enough NVDA to give me heartburn every time it goes down $3

Haha I was just checking to see if you were awake . Well let me start off by saying besides being insanely fast in "Insane" mode, the most impressive features were 1) ride 2) handling and 3) comfort. It's also extremely quiet. It has adjustable dampers, so even on rough uneven roads the ride quality was excellent. Sport mode stiffens the suspension, but not too stiff so it still handled the rough roads. I drove it on a curvy road, and it took the curves extremely well. But my favorite was the seats:

They were well bolstered and comfortable, and not to mention, ventilated.

Many electric cars go fast, this one does everything else as well, including being an efficient commuter

The ventilated seats make such a huge difference. I didn't appreciate it until I drove my wife's 3 on a particularly hot day. She also doesn't like tint so a sunshade and preconditioning only does so much. The swamp back was annoying.

Edit: I had ceramic on my 3P so it got hot, but didn't heat soak like my wife's did
