you'll be better posting in the regional section
I take mine to downtown lexus , and they will charge a diagnostic fee ,
idk if you still under warranty but if you are you should get a video clip of your start up and show it to them as proof and go from there
might also be the cam rattle

only other shop that has checked my car is rick from aussie auto

1+ for Rick at aussie auto. I take mine to Lexus on the park, but the service varies greatly by who you get in the service department. Try to get Brian if possible... He has taken care of me for the past 3 years.

Aussie Auto or Bullock City depending on where you live.

Preference over Aussie Auto (Rick), of course. I think he finally has an apprentice to help him out now too!

well the rattle still there...due to the fact that the camgear recall is only for the 350...an the owner of the place told me that its true the states have alot more stuff compared to us canadians .....due to the fact that u.s owners complain to head office alot more then we do....the only way i can get my camgears looked at under warranty and changed is if my oil burns so what they did for me was changed my oil free an sent me off an said come back in 2k km's an we will check from there an if i am burning oil they will throw everything in for me while still under warranty.....downtown lexus is great idk if its because i know the owner or thats how they are to everyone

To be honest if you know your car has an issue and you're in warranty the fact they said they would only fix it if you burned oil tell me what you should do is empty a bit of oil from your car before you bring it in so they fix it.
