not sure if all of them are the same, but the GS uses wedge bulbs (168 i think is what they are called)

i know the beamers used featon bulbs, like the ones used as interior dome lights.

Hmm, do you know what's the replacement cost?

One of my ebay lights (the one from warrenjp) blew out after 2 years and after getting proper LEDs for my other car, I'm thinking of doing the same for the Prius. I figured if I can grab one off from Lexus, it'll be a lot easier than buying a set off ebay.

Your Prius takes 168, but 194 will work as well. I got some bulbs here:

http://autolumination.com/194.htm

You can scroll down about half way and pick up some of the regular bulbs with a slight blue tint that give off a (Super White) Xenon look to them.

depends how custom u want.

u can get regular wedge style bulbs with led's on the ends instead of a regular filament.

for more custom, u can get an led pad, and place them in the location with a wedge bulb plug adapter (most of these led pads come with it)

My LED burnt out as well, I replaced with LED bulbs I bought in Parker Place in Richmond (The one in the middle of the mall, not the crappy one in the second phase)

I prefer LEDs over regular bulbs with a white light. 168 and 194 are the same i believe. I'll try the mall first and then Lexus. I'm just hoping that it's not some ridiculous amount at Lexus (like $50/pair or something) cause the plastic cover on the inside of the rear hatch is a PITA to remove. There are 7 clips and I have to yank huge cover straight out with nothing to grab onto.

i never did take pics of my interior dome lights. i have no problems reading maps or performing open heart surgery (if need be) from the inside of the car anymore. The overally brightness of the led pads in the car makes my asianist look physically white... haha
