I just got her last week, super excited as this is my first lexus and looking forward to doing all sorts of mods on it.

So far the mods that I have done are:
- LED: AUXITO 194 LED Bulb 6000K White interior lights (
Amazon Amazon
)
- KN 2452 Intake filter (https://www.knfilters.com/33-2452-re...ent-air-filter)

Hey! Welcome in Lexus family Great color choice! (i have cloudburst as well)

Did you notice any differences with new filter? Performance or sound? I’m still on the fence with replacing factory one, and I heard CAI is not that great for our cars so was thinking about same drop in filter like you bought!

Nexus,
I noticed a little better response on the throttle but I am planning on attaching a HPS cold intake pipe and keep the stock intake box and KN filter. Similar to Yuris setup.

Just added a new start/stop button, it looks great. From Bonobos Products (https://bonoboproducts.com/collections/lexus-2014-2021)

Pretty cool. Did you have to custom order that start stop button? I don't see that version of it anywhere on their website. Thanks

I got this great carbon fiber shift ****. It was only $50 and it fits perfectly. The best part it is real carbon fiber. I bought it from AliBaba link below.

Hate to break it to you, but that’s fake CF. Very clear in the pics it’s not real.

Sorry mate I think that you are incorrect, this is real carbon. Its a carbon fiber skin that is epoxied on to the plastic shifter housing. Order one for yourself and give us a review.

I think it'd be hard to tell from photos. You would have to essentially move a light source around it and see how the reflections play with the weave to see if it's just a printed pattern rather than actual weave.

I've seen this before in other cars. I recently saw a C8 with some carbon overlays for the trim on the doors near the window switches, and the owner said it was basically a really thin piece of real carbon fiber molded to stick onto the existing piece. Looked pretty real to me.
