Love seeing this thing come together so mindfully. It's really looking great man! Sorry to hear about the seat... We've certainly all been there and hopefully Fedex won't beat you up too bad making it right.

Thanks Rudy! Yeah I’m sure corbeau got reimbursed by FedEx and they are making me new seats. Just sucks to have to wait again…. But oh well, it’s the name of the game I guess. Plan is to finish up the rear then start on the front and mock everything up and get everything situated, then pull it all back out to paint and shave the bay. Then get it tuned and paint it next winter. Funny I was thinking about the car today, I honestly haven’t even put 1 mile on the car, from when I picked it up I drove it on the trailer, then off the trailer, then fixed a bunch of things in my driveway, then I pulled it in the garage and started pulling literally everything out lol.

Good to hear about the seat! I'm glad they're getting the process started for you (again). You certainly dove in hard and fast on this thing - but it sure is shaping up to be a bad boy!!

@RudysSC that’s the goal. Got the Ikeya formula rear arms bolted up this afternoon. The fitment on their products is money. Had to use a hammer to light key tap them into the subframe but the fitment is pretty amazing!
ordering the wheel bearings and seals tomorrow. Hoping to have the rear rolling by the end of the month if everything works out.

Hey guys!
have a little downtime this week and was able to get the DSS pro axles prepped for the car. Basically what you need to do is put your stock axles in a vice grip, heat the axle abs ring and the dust ring and slowly tap them off. Once removed from the oem axles
heat them up again and slide the abs ring onto the new axle. Carefully tap them on until it’s fully seated.

I was proud to see that the new seats did not have any TATOOS , of course not as proud as you. Good luck.

Man those seats are slick - they look like they will match the tan fairly well?

Not too shabby looking in there! I considered buying some cheap "Braum" copies of the seats you have simply because they half way match our interiors. That was, until I sat in it... They were truly awful if you sat there for more than 5 minutes lol.

my brother has tan ciphers and they arnt too shabby. I figured for the price I’d just get the next nicer tan seats I could find. These bolsters should hold me in pretty well , now to figure out a harness and harness bar/ mounting.
tan racing seats are hard to find so these fit the bill
