I’m going to start with a basic photo dump, fixed a few things wrong with the car when I bought it. Cleaned the interior, pulled the trashed seats, cleaned carpets, fixed the clogged sunroof drains, fixed the cracked sunroof tubing, pulled entire interior minus dash to steam and disinfect and clean. Steamed headlined and stain removed a few spots , rehoused and swapped a few broken clips and trim pieces. Buffed headlights and power washed entire car and engine bay.

Here are just a few to begin with

This is looking like it’s going to be a really nice build.

Looking forward to this one! A quick polish would remove quite a bit of that oxidation and make the car look a heck of a lot better.

actually the car was resprayed at some point in its life. I plan on getting it built and tuned first then the next step will be pulling the windshield and getting a nice paint job. Going to keep the factory color , might add in a more gold flake to the green. Color scheme is going to be bronze and green. This is my 3rd of 4th sc build, so I’m going all out on the car. Minus a built motor lol 😂

any writeup anywhere on that goleby’s trigger kit ..how to wire and and how it works ? Am curious 🤔 …good luck on the project !

Rcreegan Feb 6, 2022 03:26 PM

@gerrb i opted for the cherry trigger sensor. It’s a really nice kit from the looks of it. Here is the wiring diagrams and a picture of the kit.

only bad thing is I don’t think the stock fan will clear with the cherry sensor , but once I get there I’ll be posting pictures and all that stuff.

Hello! How did you get your Golebys kit? Did you buy it directly from Golebys?
