Whats going on yall!! Im Joe, from San Diego, CA. New to this website and i love everything yall been postin. soo much advice and help. Good to know theres soo many other GS builds that lead the way... Keep it up.
Anyways I own a GS300 with 214k miles, it runs super smooth and no issues yet but basic cam gasket leaks[very little] so far[which is easy work for me to replace]. Anyways i have been ordering parts to start my rebuild. I want to build it as a street, reliable, durable and not too much HP maybe 350-400. Maybe a single turbo in the future but also plan on driving it NA for abit. Heres what i have coming in soo far, ARP studs, GTE RODs[to be safe in the future], GTE FFIM, Coil on Plug, GTE Valve Covers. Any advice or recommendations on my build would be great! Welcome. Check out TrueGS300's build. He built his GE motor up and has a lot of experience and knowledge in that space. I'm not versed on all the in's and out's for building up the GE motor, but plenty have done it with great results. Take your time, do your research, and ask questions when you're stumped.

If anyone can give me more advice towards the rebuilt of the valves, pistons, rings, gaskets, pumps, seals, springs, deck or anything thats recommended to do once i take it apart...i would greatly appreciate that.
Parts are coming in...need to make moves towards rebuilding. more researching and possibly more advice. GTE rods are in..💪 Should help me for future upgrades.. GTE FFIM will do for now.. GTE fuel rail with injectors.. Oil pump all ready ..🔧
