FMIC is completely installed. Made brackets out of aluminum strips and was successful with the hot side pipes I ordered. Next is cutting the front bumper up to fit.
After some on and off bumper trimming it’s back together. All that’s needed now is pinning the flex fuel sensor to the appropriate terminals on the ECU. Next will be the extended lug studs though.
Been taking care of a few things over the last week. Fixed an oil leak from the turbo oil return line, replaced a failing wideband 02 sensor, finally worked out the reverse lockout function on the JK41a transmission (so I stop grinding reverse when trying to get into 6th), pinned and routed the flex fuel sensor, getting ready to go in for e85 tuning, and finally installed all 20 extended lug studs.
Swapped out the OEM foot parking brake with an SC300 hand brake. Used a Heat Lighting Speed Shop (HLSS) “V2” bracket for the install. So much better of a driving experience when manual swapped to control roll forward and roll back on hills etc.
Nice! I'd suggest putting a cover on it to finish the look
Sorry for the blurry pic
It looks like the HLSS bracket mounts it quite far forward? A lot more than where I have mine anyways. You don't run into clearance issues with the head unit?

No clearance issues, that’s just where it bolts down I guess, but it’s actually a really nice location. Totally out of the way of the shifter and easy to use.
