Primed the engine a little bit last night, got some oil pressure on the gauge so thats awesome.
should get my bungs and some other parts today so i can reach out to my welder guy about the intake.
I'm really excited to wrap up the intake, throttlebody, intercooler piping. Then after that its injectors/pump, turbo coolant lines, extend tps, wire up mac valve, plumb some vac lines and MAYBE START IT?
Anyone have a screw laying around for the TPS? haha i destroyed all but one of mine.
Looks like good progress. Always forget how much little stuff there is on setting up a na-t, it adds up!
Since you are going FFIM you may want to tuck the harness under the lower runner, but you would have to either extend the injectors wiring or use those adapters that make them longer.
Also for the TPS, I want to say if you unwrap some of the harness where that branch comes out of the main harness, there should be enough length in there to reach the new spot.
That's my plan eventually but i now have everything plugged in so screw that for now, i had to unbolt the ac compressor to plug in the oil pressure switch! haha.
Eventually i will take the entire harness apart and put higher grade covering and stuff on and make it looks really nice while deleting any old stuff.
Mind how dirty it is but i had to extend the tps wiring just a hair to meet up with the RMR TB. I also was hunting for some metal in my garage to make an EGR delete plate when it occurred to me my roommates old mazda we took an egr plate off.
i dug through a box found it and much to my surprised the bolt holes lined up! it hangs off the side a little but who cares haha, threw it on with some rtv and the original egr gasket.
Sigh, i might have to re-work my turbo drain situation. I didn't realize how close it was to the manifold and the AN fitting is touching my header wrap, as well as a spot of the hose.

Usually you try to run it out the front side, looks like you have it going towards the middle of the manifold, which isn't as good as a shot to the drain.
See if you can clock the compressor cover so you can get it to clear the first/second runner coming out the front, then its just a straight shot to the drain.
If you don't have enough clearance you could try a 45 degree fitting off the flange, and then run a straight hose end. should be tighter than the 45 hose end I think.

a couple free flow 90's helped out getting it off the pipes. I'll do that for now until i replace this junk ebay manifold and get an elbow on my compressor housing.
Got my boost solenoid wired and mounted and half plumbed, most of my vac lines laid out, vacuum manifold mounted.
If i get my intake welded this week we might see a fire up shortly!
i should probably get a fire extinguisher just in case.
On top of that , on any first start up , I have that garden hose right there ready too for any eventuality ...
As Ali said , less kinks or turns on that return line for the turbo oil the better or oil will stock up high back to the turbo shaft housing before it drains and you will have a SC like a diesel truck fuming with smoke at the tail pipes
