what can i do to my car if it is leased???

Hey guys, Right now I have a stock 16' IS 350 Fsport AWD. My issue is that i am leasing it and don't want it to be stock. What can I do in terms of performance that wont violate my lease. Besides intake what should I do?

do all you want to it, just turn it back to stock the way it is now before returning it after the lease is over
