Default Deal in Toronto

This is what I have been offered for a 2014 Lexus IS 250 AWD F Sport (without nav).

Lease: 48 months, 20000km/year $555 a month taxes included, must pay Freight and PDI upfront, totaling 2470+tax

Financing: 4 years for 1041 a month, taxes included. Must pay freight and PDI up front.

I'm only 20 years old, and this is my first car. I'm new to the game, any help would be appreciated.

Jump on it. At that price, it's like having put down 4400$ so in essence, you're getting a $2K rebate. I got $500 off only but on a RWD IS250 F-Sport but I bought it over a month ago (on order).

Are you referring to the lease or financing option?

I figure that with the financing option, at the end of four years I will have spent $52759.1, and with the lease $29431.1. So a valuable question is whether I'll be able to sell the car for $23500 at the end of four years. If I can sell it for more, the financing would be better.

BTW, it says you have the black on red, that must look amazing! I'm planning on getting a red interior as well!
