do you think $650/month (taxes included) for 40 months with $5000 down-payment is a good lease for the above vehicle? 14,000KM/year and the residual is 33,500 or about.

looks pretty decent based on the price I found online for MSRP, you're saving roughly 200 a month. The residual is lower online with a difference of about 1,500 dollars. Even if you add the difference to the down payment, you're still saving about 120 a month. Based on that, you're getting a pretty good deal. Which dealership are you getting this from?

Hello. I wonder if anyone in Canada has recently purchased a 2015 GS 350. What's the deal that you got? Lexus Canada has not moved incentives for the GS for months...Seriously, the best they can do for a slow-selling model with a major update next year is $3,000 off and 1.9%?

I don't think you will be seeing a major update for another 3-4 years. These cars run typically 6-7 years before major updates.

They are offering $6k on cash sales so you should be able to get at least 4-5K off on a lease if you are a good negotiator.
