Install 2010 nav in an 08 with nav

Install 2010 nav in an 08 with nav
New to this forum, so if I'm doing this wrong please let me know how to fix. I bought an 08 is250 with nav. I really want to bluetooth audio, and was just wondering if anyone has installed a 2010 nav in the 08. I'm afraid to spend the money on it and the connectors not line up or the AC not work! Please let me know! Thanks!
