I've searched and searched and searched, but I think I'm screwed. I bought a set of 2013 headlights for my 2006 is350. I just finished swapping out the ballast and started to realize I have a big problem. Looks like the wiring harness is has different plugs for the turn signals and possibly the highbeam. Could anybody help me confirm if I should start reassembling my old headlights?

That's the only problem about switching out electrical components on vehicles from different years. Even things such as headlights from the same model year IS250/350 can be tricky. It's best to visually inspect the part numbers online before going forward and paying money for parts.

Good luck with the upgrade. I think you should source the correct part for a plug and play upgrade. if you take your chances and rewire the headlight it's at your own risk. Find out if other people have already done it and what they did before being the test dummy. Nothing worse than causing more electrical damage because you accidentally screwed up the wiring.
