Dranom's LS400 Build
#113
Air Install
Accuair Power wire with 80amp fuse
Accuair E-level with height sensors
Accuair I-Level
Accuair Tough pad
UAS Aero sport on megan LP
4 Gal Aluminum tank
Air Zenith OB2 Compressor
So finally started to install my air suspension. This will be just a basic build with No fancy floors etc...
I just want it running and leak free. Thia is my first time installing air so bare with me
First off Big Thanks to Timmytool for the step by step from his thread
Anyways I ran the Accuair power wire with 80amp fuse through the fenders and into the firewall with the main harness. Also bolted the fuse on the side of the engine bay so it's secured and clean looking.
When making a hole on the rubber make sure you go through since it's like a double layer rubber. Having someone with small hands is a plus since it a tight fit once the wire is inside the cabin.
I ran the power wire and ignition wire on the side under the door sills
The Ignition wire was tapped on the CIG fuse so the compressor will only turn on when the Ignition is ON
Made a small notch for the wire on the fuse cover so it's easier to close and secure
Just like on timmy's thread I drilled a hole on the plastic to run the wires to the trunk
I have a extra Distribution block that I covered with red electrical tape and bolted to the wall to run the power wire on. Still gonna clean this up and put some heatshrink on
Tested everything and the compressor works and Accuair Touch pad lights up
Next is to figure out how to run my height sensor wires. Probably need to drill new holes for it
To Be Continued.......

glad i could help out man! PM me if you have any more questions.
as for the height sensor wiring, there are few existing holes next to the ABS sensor wiring that passes into the trunk area (covered by rubber grommets).
you can even use the same grommet as the ABS sensor wiring to pass the air lines or height sensor wiring. for example, here on my accord wagon, running 3/8" lines, i was able to push two air lines into the existing ABS grommet (top right).
