LOL I saw the videos seems quick, can't wait for some race gas pulls
Sorry, forgot to update this thread in a while. The car's been running great since everything was finished. Just cruising around now as my daily driver. I still haven't hit the dyno yet. Trying to figure out my fuel issue at higher boost. I think I've maxed out the fuel system because it's leaning out up top no matter how much extra fuel I dump in. Once I get it figured out, I'm going to strap it on a dyno and do some final tuning.
I changed the engine management system over to the eManage ultimate. It has settings to allow for a higher rev limiter. I'm currently revving it out to 7800rpm. Wiring this unit was a fun adventure as usual lol.
Doing the wiring inside. It was too cold to do it in the cold.
Testing all the unit functionality, before looming up the wire and tucking it through the firewall.
Ha! I feel you on the wiring fun, I just got my AEM EMS v2 and this past weekend my brother (Mitsuguy) and I were extending my OEM, POS hack job of a harness the previous owner ruined. Petty much ended up redoing the entire thing. Just waiting on some shielded wire for the knock, cam and crank sensors.
I'd post a pic of a wiring nightmare but I don't wanna clog up your thread with pics not related to your ride.
BTW, how do you like the emanage? My brother is running it in his IS300 and seems to like it..
Keep it up with the updates and don't forget about us when you make some dyno pulls, we all wanna see too!
