Audio is lookin terrific in there! You've already made so many nice improvements to this thing.
I've got the same wing - I've had it for probably 7 years now and it's just now starting to pull up a smidge. I keep forgetting about it until I hit it at the car wash with the power washer, and then tend to immediately forget once more lol.

Thank you! It's only going to get better!
Yeah I'm honestly pretty annoyed with the wing. I really really love the way it changes the rear body line of the car, but the fact that I can't get it to stay adhered is quite annoying. I ordered a different style of 3M tape and also 3M adhesive promoter and hopefully that fixes it. HIC keeps blaming the issue on the fact that I used window cleaner and isopropyl alcohol to clean the window before installing instead of plain water and then the alcohol, but that's not going to help the fact that the window has a different curvature to it than the wing does which is the issue.
Figured I’d upload a current interior picture, pretty happy with its current state. Think I’ll probably get a different steering wheel at some point though
Any way to heat up the wing real slow and try to bend it ever so slightly to "curve" the rear window better? I really like the look of it if it could stay down at speed/through rain/heat.
I really like the triple speakers in the rear deck too. I think that's money alongside having 6.5's in the doors.
It’s been a minute! I doubled up on tape on the corners of the roof wing and it has stayed on so I think it’s okay for now.
I recently lowered the car more to see if I could tuck my tires or if my wheel offset was too much and to my surprise they fit absolutely perfect, and I’m so in love with the look now. I took some pictures of it as well. I have a Sony A7C, car photography is a big passion of mine although I don’t do it often enough….
I also got my turbo manifold in the mail today, had a bit of a delay in shipping but I’m very excited to get it on the engine. It’s pretty nice quality for a reasonable price
I finally got my Braum seats in. They were backordered and came in on Thursday. Got them mounted over the weekend. I purchased Titan Motorsports MK4 Supra seat brackets because they’re the lowest on the market along with Bride. I had to drill a couple of holes in them to mount up the seat rails (which came with the Braum seats) but nothing difficult at all. My head was almost touching the headliner with the stock seats and now im practically sitting on the floor. Much better seating position for me and getting rid of the heavy stock seats was great.
unfortunately it also shows how dirty the carpet is now LOL I may put black carpet in the car at some point.
I also picked up a new daily. An absolute dream car of mine…2000 BMW 740i, V8 w/ short wheelbase… black on black I realistically tried forever to find a good black on black 98-00 LS400 but there aren’t any clean ones for sale in Florida, and this E38 popped up for a fair price with 110k miles. So this will be the daily once the SC goes down to get the 1J swapped in <3
Hey Cole,
Love the seats, glad for you the installation went so well. They do look great. Congratulations on your new acquisition, I love those big 740i's. a lot of class. I have always loved the BBS type wheels. I have a set to go on my e30 after I convert to five lug, have everything even wheels and tires just need to get it done.
Good luck to you,
Bill
Man the Brauns do look good in these cars! I sat in a set and they just weren't comfortable for me for some reason. I was bummed, they look killer in there!

Do you have a picture of your E30 Bill? I'd love to see it! An E30 is on my list of cars to get someday for sure

Truthfully I like the seats a lot but wish they had better lower back support. Other than that they're pretty good. I definitely like them better than the stock torn seats though
Hey Cole,
Have not been outside much the last few days with tremendous pain in my back and hips. I have not been worth a plugged nickel and have got to wait until the 10th of next month to see my doctor. Will hook you up when I can get around better. Good luck to you and and that beautiful red car.

Car started sputtering and running really poorly today on the way home from work. Opened up the ECU and found two capacitors leaking. Luckily I have a buddy who fixes them so hopefully I’ll have this resolved soon.
Hi, I, 'm new at this club, I have a SC300 model ,94, I moved from the US to Sweden and took it with me. I had the same problem as you a couple of days ago and I also suspect the ECU box that scares me. Here in Sweden, there are very few cars like mine, and difficult to find specialists to do the job. I think by checking the ECU box maybe I have luck in solving the problem. I do not have an Engine repair manual and I do not know where the ECU box is placed. Maybe someone from our club can help me??
I finally have something to post here! I finally put my LS400 front brakes on! I still need to get stainless lines though, I got LS400 ones and they were way too short. I’m going to find some good SC ones because mine aren’t in great shape. I do plan on upgrading the rears too so I don’t get a nose dive when hitting the brakes as I do now. But the stopping power is significantly better, I will say. The calipers close me $87/ea rebuilt by Raybestos on Rockauto. I got EBC Red pads and OEM LS400 rotors. Had to trim some acres material from the caliper, maybe 1/4” worth of extra webbing material that was in the way of it lining up but not difficult. Had to trim most of the dust shield off with a cut off wheel
Cole,
Now you have a safer car. Great looking installation. Supra Mk IV TT rear calipers are going to be your best bet for the rear. They just bolt on with out any problems , just some trimming on the backing plate. Another option is to use your rear calipers with rotors and caliper brackets from a SC400. That gives you a bigger rotor for the caliper to grab on to. Stock brake lines work. This is very inexpensive compared to the TT calipers and rotors. Also Lexus installed these 400 brakes on the 300 in '98 or '99 on. Someone correct me on this. Good luck with 300.
