There isn't any that I'm aware of. High heat paint will work for a time but will burn off in a couple of years. You can keep spraying the pipes (that's what I do) it tends to delay the inevitable.

I've used Amsoil HDMP on exhaust with great results. It does not burn off and is one of the best coatings for rust prevention.

It will definitely smell like crap for several weeks of driving but you won't smell it after driving a bit. I hit all the common rust spots on my car (Y-pipe, mufflers, etc.).

Best of all it's removable with a solvent pretty easily so you're not ruining the original finish of the exhaust. Try it on a small section and see what you think.

Yes. It will prevent the rust from spreading and growing. Seals water and air out. Look it up, legit product.

Remove the exhaust for 100% coverage...

OR spray some on a foam wax applicator pad and apply it by hand on the top sections. When you covered the top of the exhaust spray the sides and the bottom.

If you're worried about stuff like this, I HIGHLY recommend having a professional shop remove and ceramic coat your exhaust and call it a day. It will be expensive and you do not need to worry about Asthma attacks or getting your hands dirty or how long it lasts.
