Default Rusty exhaust

So i just bought my GS about a month ago and there is noticeable exhaust leak. When i had it put on a lift, i noticed that the whole front section of the exhaust was all rusted out. i have stainless exhaust from the resonator back i believe, just wondering if there are any fixes for the rust problem and how much it will run me to fix. this car was originally from Ct. so i figure thats why its all rusted.
thanks,
Jon

If its surface rust it can be removed. It all depends on what stage the rust process it at.
