Unfortunately that's what leather does when it's sat on. And once it's become stretched, I don't know of any way to turn back the clock, save getting the seats completely re-upholstered. If you don't want them to stretch any more, just don't sit in the car...

Id have to agree, been in the automotive field for a while and never heard of any solutions besides complete re-upholstery. My friends new camry seems to be doing the same thing as yours
yes a 2IS...i got 30K on them....i wonder how much it is for re-upholstery??
The problem with reupholstery is getting the same quality leather Lexus uses. My concern is that it wont match the rest of the seats. One seat would be hard and the others would be butter soft Lexus seats.
I actually think that if Lexus used the leather that BMW has this problem wouldnt be an issue. I think the Lexus leather is to soft.
