Default Black spots

So I washed the car last sun. and I see these blacks spots everywhere. I think its from the road or something, but when you guys wash your car what do you use to take it off? And what kind of mitts or sponge do you use? I use this sponge material is that bad?

Is it paint overspray? I'd try using a clay bar to get it off.

I used to see them all the time on my white GS300 when I owned that car. It's tar. Turtle Wax Bug and Tar Remover works wonderfully to remove it and it's easy to use.

Bug/Tar Remover will work. They might be rock chips. I noticed the surface under the paint is black on my car so all the rock chips show up black and obvious

if you are going to use tarminator or the like please please please please please rewax the spot you used it on. it takes off pretty much all/most of the wax that is already on there. I would clay bar it first though just to see if you could get it off with clay.

I use Meguiar's QuikDetailer for most issues like this - spray it on, add some elbow grease, and my problem is usually gone. I haven't had to use any "bug and tar remover" yet, and I really don't want to, as these chemicals are pretty harsh.
