Default Offsets - will this fit?

To the wheel guru's - I am interested in picking up a new set of wheels for my 3gs AWD. I am slightly familiar with the concept of offset, but have absolutely no idea how to figure it out. I currently have a set of 20" wheels (8.5, 245/35/20 up front and 10, 275/30/20 in the rear) that have little rubbing issues outside of the 'norm'. The set i would like to purchase has the following offsets: (f) 20 x 9.5 +25 (r) 20 x 10.5 +20. I would like to keep roughly the same tire configuration - 245 or 255/35 and 275 or 285/30, contingent on the diameter being within specs due to the AWD. Can anyone tell me if these wheels will fit, and the best tire size to run if they will? I am not against minor fender mods - i already have rolled the rears; shaving is fine if needed and possibly a slight pull, but nothing extravagant. Thanks in advance guys Also - i am lowered on BC coils, so i have room for adjustment but would prefer to keep a figerwidth fender gap or less.....

Here's what I'm running....

20x9.5 +31 R-Disc with 245-35-20 rolled front fenders
20x11 +32 A-Disc with 285-25-20 shaved and pulled rear fenders

I think the fronts will be OK....the rears you may be pushing it a little.

Also, your tire sizes are not close enough to the stock rolling diameter. I would recomend the sizing that I'm running to stay as close to stock since you have AWD. I have a RWD and I'm still running as close to stock as possible (under 2% difference).

Thanks for the quick reply! I know the stretch will be a little more than i want, but if i were to keep the rears the same size i am running now (275/30), will that help things? I would rather have a more narrow tire with a bit more side wall. My car is a DD, so I need the most 'cushion' if you will.

What kind of mods will be necessary on my rear? At the moment, i need to trim the fender tab where the fender and bumper meet. Shaving is not an issue, but how much pulling will be necessary do you think? Alot of questions, but i really like the wheels. It would be a shame to pass them up. Thanks again!
