After test fitting the broken bumper and headlight, this Lexus LS was good to go for now. But in the meantime, the OP scored a new hood and bumper to make this sedan as good as new. After a few months of driving and enjoying the car, it was time to finally finish her off. And needless to say, the OP did a heck of a job.
