Do you want to block the calliper or the brake line, there are brake line special pliers (or vice grips) and for the calliper just use the same size bolt with a copper washer.
Thanks for all the suggestions, I'll probably uses some wood clamps to squeeze the lines so they're not just dripping out, and dump the calipers empty for a good flush as suggested.
I used some metal clamps to crush the lines to stop any fluid from leaking out. Kept it like that for maybe a month while waiting for my calipers to come back from powder coating.
I did however install new oem lines once my calipers came in, in case I caused any damage to the lines while they were clamped down for a month.
