Good morning to all, We checked all the fuses yesterday in all four boxes, all are fine. Replaced the ten amp fuse and horn relay but still no luck! Any ideas?

Did it stop all at once or has it been acting up?
Do you have a multimeters?
Have you checked for voltage at the horn when you press the horn button on the steering wheel?
Could it be the steering wheel horn switch?

Do you have any problems changing the radio station and/or the volume using the buttons on the steering wheel in addition to the horn not working?

If so, then your problem is the spiral cable (sometimes called clock spring). I'm on my third.

Default Clock Spring

I need to replace the spiral cable assy (clock spring) in my 2006 with 52k miles. I noticed the mode button and select up/down buttons didn't work unless the steering wheel was turned, and then realized the horn was the same. Turn your steering wheel and if the horn honks, it's your clock spring. Come to think of it, even if the horn doesn't honk when you turn the wheel, the clock spring is still very likely your problem.

Here's another recent discussion on the topic -----> Clock Spring

Thanks everyone for your input. Yes, the components in my steering wheel haven't worked for years! So this clock spring thingy must be broken. I'm getting my car ready to sell and will just discount the price for this repair... I really don't want to put that much money into it before the sale!
Thank you again for the valuable info. You're all awesome!

This "sounds" like what may be wrong with my 2008 Lexus SC430. The horn and radio controls on the steering wheel only work when the car is cut off.
Any idea of estimated repair cost?

If you do the work yourself it can cost as little as $40.00. I did mine about 3 years ago but bought the Toyota part rather than the cheap ones on ebay. the ones on ebay may be fine. I just wasn't going to take the chance. If you have it replaced by Lexus it will be about $600.00. that's right. $600.00. They want 2 hours labor and the part is about $350.00.
