Hey congrats, I just picked mine up to. I laughed the whole way home from the dealership. My only gripe on the car was that the seat didnt recline enough, but stupid me just figured it out the other day. The car is truly incredible. The car has much in the way of performance too.

i was just out in my garage admiring this beast , so i decided to pop out the hood to look at the engine...It was soooo sweet as well, i dont think i will mod it, thats plenty of power for me already, maybe cosmetic stuff and thats all. btw., how do i post pics? thanks

What did you figure out? I wish my seat would recline more, too. Is there a way?

well the recline portion only goes back so far. And while im not huge im still 6'1 and more accostumed to bucket seats. if you use the tilt button (horizontal one) an press down towards the back the seat tilts back and its like a night a day difference. I feel secure in the seat now, whereas before it felt like i was going to fall out. Sound simple and moronic enough, but what a difference

its been almost a month now and i just get so many compliments on this car. Someone in LA actually asked me to roll down the window so he can tell me that he is admiring my car....wheew..this car is soooo cool

I know what you mean by the compliments. On two different occasions guys smiled and yelled out their window, "NICE CAR!" as they drove by.
It's an awesome and totally elegant piece of functional sculpture (a longer way to say, "nice car").

I hit up Clearwater Beach on Friday nights & just drive up & down the beach looking for a big group of hot chicks & I put down the top next to them... it's great when they can't stop staring.

Oh yeah....well the other day I stopped at a light and put the top down and it started to snow in my car beat that. LOL. We just got our first taste of snow here in NJ, not much of the white stuff, but now the car is all but crippled in the garage, so guys please keep the top down at light stories to a minimum.
Do the people know what kind of car it even is? I remember my Supra, the only people who had aclue were other guys and half of them thought it was a Porsche.
Heres to warmer days.....

Joe G - I'm in Tampa, and last Sat took delivery of my Silver/Ecru model. Haven't seen too many around, but there are a few. On Monday AM, I pulled out onto Bayshore Blvd to head to work, turned left, and another silver SC430 was 30 feet behind me. Can't say I've ever seen two at the same time until then!
So far love the car, although still seems a little sluggish off the line. I assume its just a matter of learning the car a little better (First time I have ever bought a car without first driving it!!)
As for stares - yesterday I was in Inverness (a VERY small town 1 &1/2 hours north of Tampa). When I put the top down, the looks I got would make you think I was in a vehicle from another planet!
