Default Locking-in maximum reclining position

'03 - SC430 I'm 6'-4" and find that I'm most comfortable with the seat reclined to 110%. The extra 10% comes from the seat reclining beyond the last notch in the latch mechanism. The unfortunate thing is that whenever I brake, causing the seat to move slightly forward, the seat moves forward and locks in the last notch position. I'm wondering if it might be possible to have another notch cut in the seat frame to hold the seat in its further most reclined position?
