Default ebrake handle removal

i saw a thread about removing the ebrake handle but i just cant seem to find it. looked through all 11 pages for it.

does anyone know how to take it off? im trying to make a handle to match my shift **** im making.

I'm pretty sure you have to cut it off

i hope i dont have to, in case i dont make it right, that way i have a way back lol.

do you know if its glued on? i have this spray that removes adhesives.

someone should make a tutorial on DIY so people can stp posting about this, plus im interested as ill be getting my handle soon. im sure you have to extend the button as well, depending.

i think i will do this for you guys.

my handle is in really bad shape so if i screw it up it wont be a big loss. plus i want to do an install of a ebrake button so i dont have to press it every time i yank it during drifts.

but i wont be able to do this for two weeks. im away at school.
