Enform Remote Start- Do I have it? 2015 RX350
When I start my car it says Lexus Enform, I thought I was getting a vehicle with every Enform feature because the car says Enform. Seems this feature and the rear cross parking got lost in the mix. Im unable to connect my VIN to the enform remote app. How can I verify if these are included or not? How expensive are they to add on afterwords?

Well, I dont have it.
Im wondering what it would cost to add it. Does it still turn the car off if you have the key on you and you enter the car or touch anything. I heard there used to be problems with that

No, I don't play soccer!
foxandhoun, according to the Lexus' website here, Lexus Enform Remote will be standard on all 2016s. Right now it's not available on the RX. Your alternates like Tom mentioned are your options right now. Just keep in mind, RES+ includes a one-year complimentary subscription. Read the site linked above for details. With RES there are no additional costs once it's installed. But it has limitations/fewer features.

It's not that you don't have. It's the car not being able to. I never tried Enform until one day for no reason I decided to activate it on the GS. Got so excited with the Enform Remote (as it was pretty hot here) and was trying to get it on the rx to find out my trial ended! I asked and they offered me three more months to try out but I couldn't get it to work. So I called them again to find out the 15 rx is not capable and rcta is not available either.

Yeah, I also "assumed" I had it, obviously I don't, and it's not a big deal to me. I have the OnStar remote app and maybe used my phone to start my CTS-V twice in 2 years. The novelty wears off pretty quick. At least for me it did.

My 2014 Passat had it and I used it quite a bit. So, I thought I would call and turn it on and give a try on my new to me CPO 2015 RX 350. She said the only thing available on my car is Safety Connect, and the remote access features are what I am really interested in. Soo, I said thanks, but no thanks. Looks like third party for me. Dball2 and Smartstart.

That is new safety feature by a new rule. All new cars do that. So far no one found a way to ha
ck it. But IMO, hacking safety feature may become legal issues. It is not such a big inconvenience though. If one hates the feature, he can drive older vehicle then, LOL!
