Who have you been speaking with? There is a company in So Cal who sells one (the one Jon Jon) had. My buddy is currently having it installed now. It's about $5,500-$6,000.
You're 250 won't be as quick as a 350 either.
Its worth depends on the estimated power the supercharger would output - we all know that each added HP has a cost associated with it. If the numbers are impressive enough and the kit is built by a reliable tuner with a proven track record when it comes to forced induction platforms, then it would be worth at least $5k.
Check out Arma Speed. They actually have Dyno data etc for a 250. Kits 5-7 k though. But they do have management / piggy back
They the ones i been talking to, and the best price he gave me so far is $6500 shipped and that doesnt include installation. Dont know if its worth it....

It's not.
For less than that you can trade your car in for a similar age/miles IS350 and add double the hp (without voiding any remaining warranty either).
Not trying to thread jack nor be mean but WHO are these so called sellers of these supercharger kits? I cannot get a reply from ARMA speed. PM me if someone does offer a valid cherger kit please, thanks! I am interested and will subscribe now
Besides how often do the IS-F's and IS350 owners get to REALLY use that power less they go to the track?
Visits to mexican highways don't count either.
