Default High pressure power steering hose 95 SC

What are our options when replacing the high pressure power steering hose on a 95 SC300? The factory replacement is some crazy price. Can we repair the original? Mine is holding on but I do have a slight leak.

Dude,

Just remove the hose and have it repaired at a hydraulics shop.

Many auto parts stores & truck repair businesses can make you a new line. Just take your old one to them.

Found one on eBay for $60. It's a single line to the rack that eliminates the vacuum hoses. Came with new crush washers and fittings. Pretty sure DriftMotion offers a similar PS line as well.

You are correct, I've gone through a few of these on my SC400 as well. Just make sure when you buy it from Drift Motion, you specify if you have a 300 or 400, they are different hoses.

Mine cost me around 60 bucks from there, and eliminated all the extra unneeded hoses that came with the OEM pressure hose. Plus this was steel braided. I'd highly recommend this!

Driftmotion sells what you are looking for with the correct crush washers, etc that you will need. Makes it a minimum time effort, or you can have one made as others have suggested. Probably not a lot of money difference either way just depends on how much time you want to spend getting it all scoped and bought.

I had to shell out over a hundred bucks at Sewell (back when they sold items on the internet) when I needed the high pressure hose. After over 20 years of heat and age, they are pretty well shot.
