Default W58 rebuild ?

is there anyone with some knowledge about these?

my main question is are the parts from an MK3 supra W58 interechangeable with the newer style W58? like are you able to swap shifters and are the internals the same?. and etc.

Yea from what I read the internals are just different enough to where it doesn't work.

I might just go the r154 route.
