Whenever I turn the key on on my 93 SC400, I always hear a loud double click under the hood and all is good. I went to start it back up and the car wouldnt come out of park, the power windows dont work and the power steering is weak. I know ive seen this same prob. posted some years ago, but when I search it dosent come up.

I cant beleive, I pulled the fuses out one at a time out of the drivers side kick panel. Did not see any bad ones and then turned the key back on and there was my double click and the windows worked normally. I would say the fuses have never been out because they were really hard to pull. I would still like to know what the loud double click when you first turn the key on is?

Strange...and everything works fine with the double click before starting the car up
